Third grade practiced gravity and force by doing a fun pumpkin drop activity! Students were able to make a protective covering for their pumpkins and then went outside today to drop them from the top of the pirate ship! I am happy to report that EVERYONE"S pumpkin survived!

🎖️ Annual Veterans Day Concert – Honoring Our Heroes

Today, our school community came together for a truly special event — our Annual Veterans Day Concert, held in partnership with the VFW.

Students, staff, families, and community members filled the auditorium to honor the brave men and women who have served our country. The program featured heartfelt musical performances by our band and choir.

A special thank-you to our local VFW Post for their continued support and presence — your dedication reminds us of the meaning of courage, duty, and community.

We are so proud of our students for performing with such respect and gratitude, and we thank everyone who joined us in recognizing the heroes who protect our freedoms.

Happy Veterans Day

Today, the FFA visited our school to present Food for America! Students had a great time rotating through different stations to learn about agriculture, animals, and where their food comes from.

They got to see and interact with a variety of animals while learning about the hard work that goes into farming and food production. Each station offered something new and exciting—from meeting farm animals to exploring how crops are grown.

A big thank-you to our FFA members for sharing their knowledge and bringing such a fun, hands-on learning experience to our students!
